About The Hotel
Taikang Training Institute Beijing is located on Kexueyuan Road in Changping District, adjacent to the Jingzang (G6) Expressway and Aeon International Shopping Center to the east, overlooking Zhongguancun Software Park to the south, neighboring the Jingxin (G7) Expressway, Yongfeng Base, and Zhongguancun Environmental Protection Park to the west, and within a 10-minute walk to Peking University International Hospital to the north. The hotel boasts convenient transportation with 14 bus routes, including 417, 521, and 560, passing by, and it is also a hotspot for ride-hailing services. It is less than a 30-minute drive to attractions such as the Summer Palace, Badaling, Fragrant Hills, and the Northern Branch of the Forbidden City. The Changping Line of the metro runs through the area, and the hotel has its own parking lot, making it an ideal choice for business and leisure travelers.
Taikang Training Institute was officially completed on Aug. 21, 2016, after seven years of planning and three years of construction, with a total investment of CNY 1.2 billion. The institute covers a building area of 97,000 square meters, with 52,000 square meters above ground. It is a modern training base integrating training, conferences, accommodation, and wellness. The hotel features simply yet comfortably furnished guest rooms equipped with high-end toiletries, air conditioning, and LCD TVs, providing a more attentive and detailed stay experience. It also has 30 classrooms and meeting rooms of various types, including multifunctional training classrooms designed to Harvard Business School standards and an auditorium that can accommodate 470 people, meeting the needs of training, conferences, and small performances.
The exterior of Taikang Training Institute includes a 5,000-square-meter garden water system, a 3.5-kilometer walking path, and an outdoor tennis court. There is a banquet hall and food court that can accommodate 1,200 people, as well as a well-equipped heated swimming pool, gym, and indoor basketball court. The hotel is equipped with a full set of high-density bedding and mattresses, providing each guest with a warm and tranquil social living space.
